ARC and ARC-MATIC

The technology that reduces cutting times and improves quality by working directly on the fabric itself instead of a simulation.

The Vision System provides advanced technology to reduce cutting time and enhance overall quality by operating directly on the real fabric instead of a simulated environment. This approach ensures greater accuracy in the subsequent assembly stages.

FEATURES

  • “OV” Optical Vision
  • “D4C“ Integrated DASforCut software
  • “AM&D” Automatic placement with shape adjustment
  • “AE” (Artistic Entanglement) Creation of artistic graphic links between pieces and fabric designs

Both the ARC and ARC-MATIC versions significantly improve the cutting process by reducing time and enhancing the quality of the final product. ARC-MATIC introduces artificial intelligence for increasingly automated placement and adjustment.

The system does not require cloud sharing or remote access, ensuring customer privacy. The product can be purchased with a perpetual license or leased.

ARC in Augmented Reality (OV+D4C)

IDEAL FOR: simple fabric remnants; highly irregular fabrics; fabrics with defects to be eliminated.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: the new optics can magnify up to 50 times, facilitating the cutting of very small pieces.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION: the operator, observing the design on the monitor, decides the positions of the pieces. Each placement can be cut immediately as the work is carried out directly on the fabric, ensuring greater precision. If the files of the pieces to be cut , received from any CAD, do not contain all the necessary information, the DASforCut software generates internal contours, notches, reference points, and matching points. These indications are immediately available for the cutting process and can remain associated with the piece, if necessary. Once the pieces are positioned correctly on the fabric as displayed on the monitor, they are cut. The resulting placement can be reused as a reference for a subsequent or similar cut and can be exported in hpgl, dxf, or iso formats.

ARC-MATIC with Artificial Intelligence (OV + D4C + AE + AM&D)

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: ability to operate offline; automatic placement; automatic shape adjustment of the pieces.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION: With the Artistic Graphic Link (AE) package from the “Vect” product family you can establish the exact position of a piece bearing in mind the design pattern, facilitating the correct assembly of the finished garment. The cutting operator, even if inexperienced, simply needs to manage the feeding and unloading of fabrics and start ARC-MATIC. Within seconds, the system automatically positions the pieces in the correct position and adjusts the shape slightly, taking into consideration the fabric imperfections (AM&D).

PIN-DIRECT: The perfect union of craftsmanship and technology

The “Simple” Solution for Cutting Striped and Plaid Panels

Pin-Direct® is the perfect solution for the production of mattresses with striped or plaid panels. The system allows for manual spreading directly on the cutting table with the advantage of not having to move the mattress once it is spread and vacuumed.

Another important advantage of Pin-Direct® is the ability to operate almost anywhere on the table with a minimum step between needles, which is usually 1 cm.

A laser projection can also facilitate needle positioning by suggesting matching points where the operator places the needle, which can vary in diameter and length depending on the type of fabric and the height of the mattress in question.

Once the manual placement of various layers is completed, it is sufficient to vacuum the cutting machine to extract the needles and proceed with the cutting of the mattress.

The Ideal Solution for Composite Placement

ARC technology is very useful for positioning pieces to be cut with the correct fiber direction, which is also crucial for resin flow in the infusion process and the carbon look sector, providing mechanical advantages in cutting, torque, and stress. ARC is a system that reduces the cutting time by up to 70% compared to traditional placement systems, with maximum precision and high-quality results.
