The multi-roll feeder is an advanced solution for semi-stiff and technical fabrics that can be used effectively on any FKgroup cutting machine.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The bar feed system is vertical and has four support brackets to house the rolls. The standard supply includes a set of four bars and related aluminium fixing cones that ensure stability and easy use. The sandwich mattress created is transported to the cutting system by means of an efficient two roll calender system that ensures uninterrupted and smooth flow of the materials.

SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS

  • Compatibility: it can be used with all cutting machines.
  • Capacity: it handles rolls up to 150 kg with a maximum diameter of 50 cm or rolls up to 200 kg with a maximum diameter of 60 cm.
  • Additional Options: a fifth housing slot specifically for paper or polythene sheet can be added.

CONFIGURATIONS OPTIONS

The multi-roll feeder offers several configuration options to suit specific production needs:

  • 4BR: four support brackets for rolls with a maximum diameter of 50 cm and maximum weight of 150 kg, complete with bars and fixing cones.
  • 3BR: three support brackets for rolls with a maximum diameter of 60 cm and maximum weight of 200 kg, complete with bars and fixing cones.

Optionals available

For even greater customisation and process optimisation, the multi-roll feeder can be supplied with various options:

  • Photocell Aligner: it enables precise alignment of fabric selvedges. It can be added individually to the support brackets requiring alignment.
  • Fifth support bracket: additional option for small diameter rolls, specifically for paper or polythene sheet.
  • Additional Bar with Double Aluminium Cone: available in lengths from 160 to 320 cm.
  • Cone for Large or Made-tomeasure Cores: configurable on request by specifying the required diameter.
