GRT Spreading System

GRT is the modular system for spreading heavy fabric packed in pallets or from cloth beam.

The GRT System allows spreading lays with cut or zig-zag plies by coupling the traditional spreader functionality and an innovative feeding system. A special supporting net with automatic unwinding device, allows the fabric to reach the spreading starting point by moving over the table.

  • Direct feeding;
  • Max length of lays: 8mt for cutting, 6mt for folding;

GRT SYSTEM DEVICES

  • Loader from floor to Bench on GRT tower;
  • Truck for beam support; 
  • Opener triangle/Truck for beam support automatic alignment.

CROSS-CUTTING BRIDGE

  • It makes a transverse cut through the layer;
  • The bridge can be positioned digitally;
  • Laser pointer;
  • It’s enough to push a button to make a cut;
  • Adjustable to any existing 8” hand-cutting machine (excluded).
