At JEC World Paris 2026, FKgroup will present two distinct cutting lines, each designed to address different production requirements within the composites industry. Visitors will be able to observe the systems in operation and discuss real manufacturing challenges directly with FKgroup specialists.
Cutting Line 1: automation and production flow optimization
The first cutting line focuses on automation, material handling and workflow efficiency, integrating multiple FKgroup technologies into a single, cohesive solution.
The line includes:
- Multi-Roll Loader
- Tecno Freccia cutting system
- ARC and ARC-MATIC Vision Systems
- Live Tracker production monitoring
- Edge Table
The Multi-Roll Loader enables efficient handling of semi-rigid and technical fabrics. Its vertically configured bar feeding system includes four roll housing bays equipped with aluminum bars and fixing cones, ensuring stability and ease of use. A double-roller calender guarantees smooth and continuous material feeding toward the cutting system. The loader can handle heavy rolls and offers flexible configurations to adapt to different production needs.
At the core of the line is Tecno Freccia, an automatic conveyor cutting system designed for small to medium production volumes and material layups up to 2.5 cm thick. Thanks to its dual turbine configuration, Tecno Freccia combines energy efficiency, reduced noise levels and reliable vacuum performance. The system supports a wide range of composite and technical materials and is managed through intuitive Just Cut software, ensuring flexibility and ease of operation.
The line is enhanced by ARC and ARC-MATIC Vision Systems, which work directly on the real fabric rather than on digital simulations. Optical vision, automatic shape adjustment and advanced nesting capabilities significantly reduce cutting time while improving accuracy. ARC-MATIC further introduces artificial intelligence for enhanced automation, all without cloud connections, ensuring full data privacy.
Production monitoring is handled by Live Tracker, FKgroup’s modular platform for real-time job tracking, data centralization and workflow management. Fully integrable with FKgroup machines and ERP systems, Live Tracker supports traceability, quality control and data-driven decision-making.
The Edge Table completes the line by improving ergonomics and downstream operations. Designed for both operators and robotic integration, it simplifies picking, grouping, classification and traceability of cut parts, while supporting gradual and modular implementation.

Cutting Line 2: precision cutting and digital integration
The second cutting line is dedicated to high-precision single-ply cutting and advanced digital connectivity.
The line includes:
- Feeding Cradle
- Ultracut cutting system with dual-beam structure
- IoT data acquisition
Material feeding is managed by the Feeding Cradle, which offers multiple feeding modes to ensure tension-free handling of a wide range of fabrics, from Lycra to carbon fiber and Kevlar. Synchronization through electronic signals or encoders guarantees consistent material control and cutting accuracy.
The core of the line is the Ultracut cutting system, displayed in a configuration featuring a dual-beam structure. This structure allows both cutting heads to operate simultaneously, significantly reducing cutting time when processing large areas or complex shapes, while maintaining high precision standards. Homogeneous vacuum distribution further improves cutting quality and, in many cases, allows cutting without plastic film.
Digital integration is reinforced through IoT data acquisition, enabling continuous data exchange between machines, software and production systems for monitoring and optimization.

Supporting Digital Systems
In addition, the stand will also feature independent systems that support and improve cutting-related operations:
Laser projection system by R-Laser
The R-Laser projection system, provided by a leading supplier of laser solutions for textile and composite applications, delivers precise visual guidance for lamination and quality control. By projecting clear and durable reference marks directly onto the material, it improves accuracy, reduces material waste, and supports complex operations, even on dark or difficult materials.
CAD software integration
CAD software integration ensures seamless data flow from design to production, guaranteeing process consistency, data reliability, and reduced risk of errors across all operational phases.
Throughout JEC World 2026, FKgroup experts will be available at Hall 5, Booth G31 to present live demonstrations, discuss production challenges and explore customized cutting solutions for composite manufacturing.
