the personal data concerned will be processed in a computerised version and/or on paper by parties authorised in writing to carry out these tasks, who are always identified, suitably instructed and made aware of the constraints imposed by the law in question (referred to as “data processors”) and with the use of security measures to ensure the confidentiality of any data relating to the party concerned and to avoid undue access to third parties and unauthorised personnel.

g) Processing of particular categories of data: we ask you not to enter particular categories of data (sensitive data), which may reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life, if this is not useful for the assessment of suitability for the task or the preparation of the documentation requested by the person concerned.
h) Provision of data: The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is compulsory. Refusal to provide the aforementioned personal data therefore prevents the user from making use of the services/contents offered by the Site.
The provision of the personal data referred to in point 1) is optional and subject to your consent.

Following the principle of the lawfulness of the processing, the consent of the data subject is not required since the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.
In addition, if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out using automated tools, you may request the portability of your data and to receive it in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance.
You have the right to revoke the consent given at any time for general marketing purposes, as well as to propose opposition to the processing of your data, for reasons related to your particular situation, in the event of the exercise of a public interest. You also have the right, if you prefer to be contacted for the aforesaid purposes exclusively via traditional means, to withdraw consent to receiving automated communications.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State where you habitually reside or work, or in the State where the alleged breach has occurred.
