Pursuant to Articles 12, 13 and 14 of EU Reg. 2016/679, concerning the protection of personal data, we inform you that the data you provide subject to processing will be:


  • processed lawfully and correctly;
  • processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes;
  • accurate and updated;
  • relevant and complete;
  • kept only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in point a) below.


We also inform you of the following (see Articles 12, 13 and 14 of EU Reg. 2016/679):


a) Purposes of the processing:

  1. For the purpose of executing the request: Sending «Contact Form» – the personal data (name; company; country; region; city; telephone; email) collected in the «Contact Form» of this website ( will be processed to evaluate your request and exclusively for the explicitly requested purposes which may concern, for example, a free quote, product catalogue, business meeting, general information, etc.
  2. General Marketing Purposes: With your specific consent the personal data (name; company; country; state; region; city; telephone; email) collected in the «Contact Form» of this website ( will be processed, by way of example, for the sending – with the help of the MAILCHIMP platform (https://mailchimp. com/legal/privacy/) (e-mail) – of promotional and commercial communications relating to services/products similar to those you have already used and/or new products offered by FK GROUP SPA; by way of example and not limited to, the reporting of articles and newsletters in technical or general publications, technical product information (text or video), technical or general video interviews, reporting and invitations to events (trade fairs, open houses, webinars, etc.) and/or certifications obtained by the Data Controller.
  3. Legal obligations: to comply with obligations provided for by regulations and applicable national and supranational legislation;
  4. Rights of the Data Controller: if necessary, to ascertain, exercise or defend the Data Controller’s rights in court;
  5. Operation of the Websites: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Sites acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. (see


b) Legal basis of the processing:

  1. For the purpose of executing the request: Sending «Contact Form» – the processing of data is mandatory for carrying out the sending of your request through the «Contact Form» of this website (;

c) Data processing methods:

the personal data concerned will be processed in a computerised version and/or on paper by parties authorised in writing to carry out these tasks, who are always identified, suitably instructed and made aware of the constraints imposed by the law in question (referred to as «data processors») and with the use of security measures to ensure the confidentiality of any data relating to the party concerned and to avoid undue access to third parties and unauthorised personnel.


d) Communication and dissemination of data:

in relation to the pursuit of the aforesaid purposes of your data, employees and collaborators – including external ones -, the Data Controller and persons providing instrumental services (e.g. technical services) may become aware of your data. These persons will act as data processors or supervisors. In addition, personal data may be communicated or transmitted to other public and/or private entities solely in accordance with a provision of law or regulation that provides for it.


e) Extra-EC transfer:

data may be transferred to our «Distributors» located abroad in non-European countries whose level of data protection has been deemed adequate by the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 of the GDPR or in non-European countries, after signing the standard contractual clauses adopted/approved by the European Commission pursuant to Art. 46, (2) (c) and (d).

f) Data retention period:

  1. For the purpose of executing the request: Sending the «Contact Form» and 3) Legal obligations: for the entire duration of your request through the «Contact Form» and, after its execution, for 3 years in FK Group SPA databases; where, following your request through the «Contact Form», a contractual relationship is established for the entire duration of the latter and, after its termination, for the subsequent period imposed by EU and Italian law.
  2. General Marketing Purposes: until the revocation of consent for this purpose, which may be exercised by means of the «Unsubscribe from this list» button at the bottom of the communication email or by contacting FK GROUP SPA

g) Processing of particular categories of data: we ask you not to enter particular categories of data (sensitive data), which may reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life, if this is not useful for the assessment of suitability for the task or the preparation of the documentation requested by the person concerned.


h) Provision of data: The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is compulsory. Refusal to provide the aforementioned personal data therefore prevents the user from making use of the services/contents offered by the Site.

The provision of the personal data referred to in point 1) is optional and subject to your consent.


i) Automated decision-making process: the data controller informs the data subject that there is no automated decision-making process, including profiling as per Article 22 of EU Reg. 2016/679.

k) Rights of the data subject: We remind you that, according to Chapter III (Articles 15 to 22) of the above Regulation, you have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or its rectification, limitation, portability, and opposition. Please refer to the text of Chapter III (Articles 15 to 22) of EU Reg. 2016/679 concerning your rights in relation to the processing of your data, for a complete understanding of the issues related to the law on your part.


Following the principle of the lawfulness of the processing, the consent of the data subject is not required since the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.


However, requests should be directed to the addresses in the «Contact» section of the website   or directly to the email address 


In addition, if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out using automated tools, you may request the portability of your data and to receive it in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance.


You have the right to revoke the consent given at any time for general marketing purposes, as well as to propose opposition to the processing of your data, for reasons related to your particular situation, in the event of the exercise of a public interest. You also have the right, if you prefer to be contacted for the aforesaid purposes exclusively via traditional means, to withdraw consent to receiving automated communications.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State where you habitually reside or work, or in the State where the alleged breach has occurred.
